You're not asking for a voice pack script, what you want to make is called a drama track.

But ten minutes is too short for... setup, foreplay, and climax.

I can't believe I'm going to say this, but your standards are not realistic.

But I don't think that's the kind of content your management would like. They market you as premium.

That sounds good. It gives it a reason to be a specific length, which is a nice extra for people who care about that sort of thing. And it could become the theme of a series of if it works out.

That being said, you're trying to force long-form logic onto short-form content, which kind of defeats the point. This is supposed to be quick to make, easy to record, and I thought that's what you needed due to your time constraints?

Clarity would be reasonable and considerate. Specific instructions, seventy-two hour turnaround times at the very least. Examples. Being on the same page regarding the products we're working on and their purpose.
